Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking experienced and reliable Boners, Skinners, and Knife Hands to join a well-established meat processing facility located in Wulkuraka.

These positions offer opportunities for consistent, ongoing Monday to Friday work, with early morning starts (5:00am) and strong potential for long-term employment for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing boning, skinning, and general knife work to a high standard
  • Working efficiently within a high-volume production environment
  • Maintaining strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
  • Carrying out repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Boner, Skinner, or Knife Hand (highly regarded)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability and teamwork
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent output
  • Sound understanding of safe food handling practices
  • Current Q Fever vaccination or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to confidently completea drug and functional capacity assessment
  • Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport
